Evaluates local economic conditions, employment trends, and business needs to support economic growth and job creation. It also includes assessing the vitality and viability of town centres and planning for retail needs.
Evidence has already been prepared as part of the Local Development Framework. Some of this evidence is being reviewed and may be updated and some additional evidence may be required on issues such as viability.
