5. Modifications & Inspectors Report
A series of modifications may be identified through the examination process and will be consulted on prior to the publication of the Inspectors Report.
The Inspector will consider all representations received and will finalise the examination report and schedule of recommended ‘Main’ Modifications to ensure the plan is sound.
Following receipt of the Inspector’s Final Report, if the plan is found ‘sound’, it will then progress through to the next stage to be adopted and implemented by the Council.
