7. Proposed Local Plan Consultation
Consultation on the Proposed Submission Local Plan and supporting evidence. This is the version the council intend to submit to the Planning Inspectorate for gateway 3 before independent examination.
We'll publish a draft plan with supporting evidence. This version of the Local Plan is the version that the council considers to be suitable to be assessed by an independent planning inspector at Gateway 3 before examination.
This stage provides an opportunity for stakeholders to say whether they think the draft plan and its preparation is ‘sound’ and fit for purpose prior to being assessed.
